Terms of Agreement
Mortgage and Credit Solutions, LLC is an Arizona limited liability company with its corporate headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona (hereafter referred to as "MACS"). The company is an internet sales and marketing company, generating Credit, Mortgage, Business leads and a Multiple Service Program provider to help people save money and potentially make money.
MACS does charge you the consumer, a one time website and membership activation fee and a monthly recurring website program user fee for its services provided.
MACS is not a lender, bank or broker. MACS does not provide loans or credit repair decisions in connection with loans, nor does MACS issue loan commitments, loan approvals, loan status updates or lock-in agreements. The company is not an agent of you, the consumer, or any participating bank, lender or mortgage loan broker, credit repair, restoration facility.
MACS will not provide you with loan approvals or credit repair decisions. You are under no obligation to use MACS to process an application for the financing process of any type of mortgage loan or credit counseling application and MACS does not guarantee that completing a loan application will result in you receiving a loan from a Lender. MACS does not guarantee that completing a credit application will result in your receiving better credit or a higher credit score.
The application that is submitted via the internet is a request for a mortgage loan, credit education counseling or business opportunity through MACS affiliates and sales staff.
The loan application will be submitted to our participating mortgage affiliates. The credit enrollment application will be submitted to our participating credit affiliates. The business opportunity request will be submitted to our professional sales staff to be called via the telephone & or emailed about the programs available through MACS. The applicant requestor for mortgage or credit programs may have to complete an additional application with the participating affiliates and may require applicant to pay an additional fee to cover the costs of an appraisal, automated underwriting submissions, credit report, or other items. The participating affiliate will provide the applicant a list and amount of these fees in writing and any refund policies.
All mortgage loan applicants will be forwarded to the participating affiliates of MACS. The participating affiliates may submit loan applicant information to additional Lenders to expand the number of available loan programs, and these Lenders may make certain disclosures to the loan applicant. These disclosures are required by the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), and certain other federal and state laws. They include details of the loan applicant cost of credit, good faith estimates of the loan applicant's settlement costs, and HUD mandated booklets, Guide to Settlement Costs and or When Your Home Is on the Line. The applicant will also receive a notice concerning the possibility that the applicant's mortgage loan servicing may be transferred and the loan applicant's right to a copy of any appraisal, if any, performed on the loan applicant's home. The Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age (provided the applicant has the capacity to enter into a binding contract), because all or part of the applicant's income derives from any public assistance program, or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act. The federal agency that administers compliance with this law is the Federal Trade Commission, Equal Credit Opportunity, and Washington, DC 20580.
MACS compensation varies by program and service product affiliation.
Mortgage Program Compensation: MACS member receives their compensation from any mortgage application that has an approved and closed loan by the consumer from the Lenders for which services actually were provided by. $500.00 referral fee for any loan approved and closed with participating affiliate.
Credit Restoration Compensation: MACS member receives their compensation from any credit enrollment approved and closed by the consumer from the affiliates for which services actually were provided by. $50.00 up to $100.00 for paid enrollment to the credit education counseling program with participating affiliate under their ID number.
Business Opportunity Compensation: MACS member receives their compensation from any new MACS member enrolled into the MACS membership program. 10% sign up commission for any new MACS membership under their ID number.
MACS will compensate its members for every referral commission earned with the Mortgage, Credit, Business referral program on the 1st and 15th of every calendar month.
MACS multiple service programs will compensate the MACS member according to their payout structure and requirements.
The expense manager featured in the MACS money System is a money management software program. Mortgage and Credit Solutions is not a tax
advisement or consultation service. Please refer to your local, state and
federal guidelines regarding your personal and business taxes. Refer to a
tax advisor CPA or accountant while reporting all personal and business
expenses.
